Last weekend, Beverley Westwood roared to life as the East Riding Stages Rally 2025 took centre stage. Despite the relentless wind and rain, rally fans turned out in their thousands, lining the course to witness the high-octane action unfold. As always, R & J PA Hire was on hand, delivering crystal-clear commentary and keeping the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere alive.
With our specialist commentary unit set up and ready to go, everything was in place for another thrilling event. However, as the rally cars began to line up, there was a slight hitch—the race commentator was running late. Without hesitation, we jumped in to cover the action, ensuring the crowd didn’t miss a moment of the roaring engines, tight corners, and heart-stopping manoeuvres.
The conditions may have been challenging, but they only added to the drama of the day. Drivers fought against the elements, pushing their machines to the limit, while the dedication of the spectators was nothing short of incredible. Their passion and enthusiasm, even in the worst weather, proved why rallying remains one of the most thrilling motorsports out there.
